I guess the process of baking potatoes is of no secret to you, so I’ll just skip it. But there was a delicious and fresh sauce to go with potatoes, which is also very easy to make, so I just can’t help giving it recipe here. Mix ricotta cheese with sour cream 1 to 1. Add diced cucumber, salt and pepper. Stir it well and that’s it, the sauce is ready.

To make codfish in milk sauce (serving 4) you’ll need:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 600g of codfish fillets
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley
  • Salt, pepper

 

Preparation:

Wash and dry the codfish fillets, place them on the baking tray in one layer.

Pour 500 ml of milk into a large bowl, add chopped onion and parsley, salt and pepper. Stir it well and then pour onto the codfish fillets. Drizzle over with the lemon juice.

Place the baking tray into the preheated oven (180C) for 15 minutes.

Serve the codfish fillets with the milk sauce from the tray.
